·              Complete Oversight of capacity planning and optimization of the MetroPCS New York wireless market. New York market consists of 4 Alcatel Lucent MSCs (5E+ECP), T1 and Ethernet backhaul, internal and PSTN trunking (TDM), and Anypath Voicemail system.

·              Monitor and trend 5E, ECP and Backhaul traffic utilization using system metrics and/or critical triggers to determine future growth potential and create equipment and/or work orders to support that growth.

·              Track and assign all 5E trunk ports (OIUs) to support expansion and/or modification of current PSTN (TDM) network.

·              Track and assign all Cisco 10K / 9K (OC12) router ports to support T-1 Backhaul connectivity.

·              Coordinate with Field Ops and Switch Ops to complete Carrier/Capacity work requests from RF Engineering Dept.

·              Coordinate and plan rehomes of various BTS throughout market to support traffic balancing between multiple MSCs.
